Location: W270 S3425 Merrill Hills Road, Waukesha, WI, 53189, United States Position Overview The Pool/Cabana Server at The Legend Clubs plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This position entails providing five-star service at the Cabana, ensuring timely and accurate orders, and anticipating member needs in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 18 or over. Responsibilities Provide outstanding member and guest service at the Cabana, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take orders accurately and promptly, delivering food and beverages to tables. Anticipate and fulfill member and guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Cabana area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with setup and breakdown of the Cabana area before and after service. Knowledge and Skills Possess a warm and welcoming personality, dedicated to providing outstanding member experiences. Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to adapt and think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Proactive in anticipating member and guest needs. Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working outdoors in a hot and noisy environment. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 40 lbs. Education and Training Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-end or hospitality setting. Training in food safety and sanitation protocols is advantageous. Ideal candidates will be over the age of 18 and able to obtain a bartending license.
