Civil Engineer

ISG is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an ISG Employee Owner, working alongside a passionate group of professionals to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and community-impacting solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through construction while building lasting relationships with teammates and clients. You will work closely with Jerremy Foss, PE, CNUA, Civil Engineering Group Leader, and collaborate with a highly integrated, in-house team that includes architects, planners, engineers, visualization specialists, specification writers, and construction administrators. This team-based approach allows you to focus on great design, technical excellence, and professional growth - without silos.
