Ophthalmologist – FT- Outpatient Specialty Practice, Manhattan & Brooklyn, NY Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits | A well-established, high-volume outpatient medical practice in Brooklyn is seeking a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. With a strong referral network of over 15 primary care providers on-site, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to quickly build a thriving practice within a supportive and collaborative environment. We are especially interested in candidates who speak Mandarin or Cantonese, as a large portion of our patient population is Chinese-speaking. Fluency in both dialects is a plus but not required. Our bilingual support staff ensures smooth communication and optimal patient care. Position Highlights: Join a busy outpatient family medicine center with robust patient demand Full administrative support including billing, credentialing, and scheduling Flexible full-time or part-time schedule (up to 40 hours/week) Office hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Opportunity to lead and shape the ophthalmology service within the practice Ideal Candidate: Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (both ideal, not required) Board-Certified Ophthalmologist with an active NY medical license Fellowship-trained or newly graduated from an accredited residency/fellowship program Strong clinical skills with an interest in outpatient care and minor procedures Leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Clinical Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive eye exams and treatment Diagnose and manage common ophthalmic conditions Perform minor in-office procedures Refer complex cases to appropriate specialists Maintain accurate, timely medical records Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $300,000 – $400,000 based on experience 4 weeks’ vacation 40 hours of sick leave 6 paid holidays Malpractice coverage (occurrence-based) Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Flexible schedule and negotiable terms This is a unique opportunity for both experienced Ophthalmologists and new graduates looking to build a rewarding career in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
