Join our casual dining team as a Waitress, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for every guest. As a key part of our collaborative team, you will assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere through attentive food and beverage service, table setup, and maintaining clean surroundings during both day and evening shifts. Regular upselling and promotional sales will be part of your role to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
- Set up and prepare tables for meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Engage in upselling and promote special offers regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Effective communication abilities
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
