About This Role The Registered Nurse in the 4SE Telemetry/Medical Surgical unit provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults requiring medical-surgical treatment and continuous cardiac monitoring. Highlights Location: Erie, PA Facility: St. Vincent Hospital Schedule: Full-time What You’ll Do Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Provide leadership in a professional practice setting. Contribute to building the team by helping others succeed through role modeling and mentoring. Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels. Provide verbal and written feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance. Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services. Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in department-specific quality initiatives. Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans according to individual needs. Analyze health status and determine patient care needs. Continuously evaluate and assess patient and family satisfaction.
