Human Resources Generalist

LHH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is newly created role as a direct result of business growth. You will be responsible for a variety of HR duties including employee engagement, HR compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, assisting with payroll functions, and more.
