Creative Development & Campaign Execution

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets that support marketing initiatives, promotional events, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Develop compelling visual concepts across:
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Email marketing
  • E-commerce and website content
  • Social media platforms
  • Paid media advertising
  • Print advertising and direct mail
  • Store signage and in-store marketing materials
  • Corporate presentations and promotional materials
• Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into effective and engaging visual communications.
• Ensure all creative work supports customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention goals.

Brand Stewardship

• Maintain and evolve brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, messaging hierarchy, photography, and overall brand execution.
• Partner with marketing leadership to strengthen brand positioning and customer perception.
• Support multiple brands, product categories, or business units while maintaining distinct visual identities as needed.

Retail & Customer-Focused Design

• Create marketing assets that support key retail moments, promotional events, and seasonal selling periods.
• Develop creative that enhances the customer journey across online and offline channels.
• Understand customer behavior and retail trends to create effective, results-driven design solutions.
• Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to highlight products, promotions, and category priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Social Media, CRM, Content, and Brand teams.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
• Partner with photographers, copywriters, freelancers, printers, and external agencies to execute integrated campaigns.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain project timelines, creative calendars, and production schedules.
• Ensure creative assets are delivered accurately, on brand, and on time.
• Support process improvements that increase efficiency and creative effectiveness.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Serve as a senior creative resource within the Marketing team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Graphic Designers and junior creative team members.
• Help establish and uphold creative best practices, design standards, and workflow processes.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and solutions-oriented creative culture.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, consumer brands, or agency environments supporting retail clients.
• Demonstrated experience creating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign execution, and retail-focused creative work.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
• Proficiency with Figma and presentation design tools.
• Experience designing for digital, social, email, web, print, and in-store marketing applications.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, photography direction, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
