Production Associate

Buffalo, NY | 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, flexible start at 7:00 AM)

Daily Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for bonding and PVD production processes
• Perform masking operations following work instructions
• Sand, finish, and prepare materials for production
• Weigh materials and enter production data into Excel
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Use micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications
• Support production of materials used in sputtering target manufacturing
• Assist with general production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience using micrometers and calipers
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
• in precision manufacturing or production environments
• Quality inspection experience
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Experience using measurement and inspection equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
