Director of Production

At DCI Marketing, we design and build high-impact dealership environments (millwork, fixtures, graphics, digital displays, furniture, and full facility renovations) for the world’s top automotive brands. This role sits at the center of our sales and project teams: you’ll create accurate, competitive, and beautifully presented budgets and proposals that help us win automotive showroom projects.Department tasks include estimating, supplier selection, quality assurance, on-time delivery, and budget management for a variety of simple to complex projects**Responsibilities**: 10+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing preferred Knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing of retail fixtures and point of purchase displays Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes, printing, and related materials Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ERP systemsStrong negotiation, written and oral communications skills Effective problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills across a wide spectrum of teams and situations Wherever you're at in your career, our people and resources will help you go further.
