2nd Shift Sorter

Recycling Works has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift - Recycle Center Sorter to join the team in Elkhart, Indiana.

Pay rate: $17.00/hr plus approximately 10 or so hours of overtime weekly.

(overtime is time and a half after 40)

Schedule: 2:00pm start time normally finishing around 10:30-11:00pm.

Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials.
• Will sort recycled material onto different conveyor belts and move material to the appropriate areas.
• Responsible the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside.
• Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line.
• Assuming custodial duties as needed.
• Other manual labor that does not involvethe operation ofheavy equipment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
