We're looking for an experienced and driven Waterproofing Technician to join our awesome team in Raleigh! In this hands-on role, you'll:
- Perform waterproofing tasks on commercial buildings throughout North Carolina.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and assess water damage.
- Perform repairs using a variety of techniques and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hands-on construction work (e.g., general construction, roofing, masonry, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to take specific and accurate measurements.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Must be comfortable working at significant heights using ropes and harnesses, and in all weather conditions.
- Safety regulation knowledge, and a valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience:
- Caulking, wet glazing, painting, coating, masonry
- OSHA certification (We are willing to pay for a certification for the right candidate.)
- Commercial Construction
- Operating swing stage or boom
- Spray applicator knowledge
- Experience with waterproofing techniques and materials
- Aerial lift knowledge
