Permanent | Primary Care Physician Assistant | Lafayette, GA

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at a community health center serving pediatric and adult patients in Georgia. Position details include:

• Job Type: Permanent
• Specialty: Primary Care / Family Medicine
• Provider Type: FNP or PA
• Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
• Setting: Single-provider clinic
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 1 Front Desk staff member
• Supervision: Primary and secondary supervising physicians
• Medical records and referrals departments provide additional support
• Experience: 2–3 years of provider experience required
• Limited remote work available for charting as needed
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
• Start: ASAP
• Limited on-call responsibility: approximately 1 week every 6–8 weeks
• On-call duties may be performed remotely
• Patient volume tends to be slower in summer and busier during winter
• Compensation & Benefits:
