This new hire bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and must use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date.Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
