Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging Associate - 3rd Shift #26-10433 Fremont, CA Onsite Contract Starts 10/05/2026 Ends 12/31/2026 Share on Job Description Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging Associate - 3rd Shift for a contract position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in Fremont, CA. This is a contract opportunity. This role is responsible for executing routine unit operations in Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging related to the manufacturing of drug product in a multi-product, GMP-regulated facility. The position involves performing duties under limited supervision, including assisting with equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting for automated and semi-automated assembly machines. This is a 3rd shift position (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) with a 15% shift differential. The first month of training will occur on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities: Execute routine unit operations in Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging Perform duties according to standard operating and manufacturing procedures Assist in the setup of automated autoinjector assembly machines, pre-filled syringe assembly machines, and semi-automated tabletop machines Retrieve components and equipment from storage and assist with equipment changeovers and minor repairs Document all work in controlled documents such as batch records and logbooks in accordance with SOPs Assist with room cleaning, sanitization, and disposal of waste Ensure components, materials, and supplies are stocked prior to the start of operations Maintain production areas according to predefined standards (5s) Adhere to safety standards and elevate any unsafe situations Requirements: High School degree plus a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a GMP regulated industry Demonstrated ability to be organized and work well in small work groups Demonstrated mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions Detail-oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Must be able to learn and perform basic computer operations such as MS Office and Outlook Requires physical activity such as almost constant standing and walking Desired skills: Associate/Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or biotechnology vocational training Experience in a related GMP environment within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred Pay range: up to $26.07 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
