The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable transitioning between office responsibilities and hands-on property visits, inspections, and field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor scheduling.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits.
• Communicate professionally with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with leasing, tenant move-ins and move-outs, and property turnover.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.
• Prioritize multiple projects while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (required).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with California landlord-tenant laws is preferred but not required.
