IAM Architect

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, security architecture, and compliance, with a proven ability to translate complex security requirements into practical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management. Develop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies and authentication mechanisms. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions across enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. Provide guidance on IAM architecture, security strategy, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing analytical and practical solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans. Required Qualifications Proven work experience as an IAM Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of IAM solutions, identity management, RBAC, and authentication systems. Familiarity with IT security principles, architecture, and strategy. Understanding of compliance regulations and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. BS degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud IAM solutions and modern identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
