We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Perform manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to PT
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain a positive, professional clinic atmosphere
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current PTA license (or eligibility) in Arizona
- CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
