General Laborer Position
Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable general laborer to join a growing metal recycling team in Minneapolis! If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy active hands-on work, and want a reliable Monday through Friday day-shift schedule with opportunities to learn a specialized trade, apply today! Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $17.00 - $19.00/hr. (Depending on experience) Hours: 7:30 am 4:00 pm, Monday Friday

Duties of the general laborer:
- Sort, inspect, and separate aluminum materials and alloys while removing contaminants to meet strict quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory separation of aluminum grades to maximize material value and operational efficiency
- Serve as a flexible team member by assisting in shipping, baling, packaging, and staging materials for shipment
- Operate processing equipment safely, maintain clean and hazard-free work areas, and report any safety or material issues to supervisors
Requirements of the general laborer:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or industrial settings
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive manual tasks while lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor weather environments while wearing all required company PPE
- Previous forklift experience, baler experience, or knowledge of non-ferrous recycling operations
