We need 2 Cobol Developer to Lending:

*5+ years of experience in system development & related tools

*Proven track record within relevant programming language such as Mainframe, DB2, Cobol & SQL coding skills

*Experience working with modern development tools, including IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) and Visual Studio

*Experience in analyzing and optimizing DB2 databases

*Strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and improve productivity.

*IMS knowledge

*Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and learning

*Enjoy working in teams

*Proactivity

*Analytical skills and experience within the Lending area combined with a technical understanding,

*Understanding of working close to data, databases and file deliveries and using tools such as SQL.

*You are great at time management, prioritization, planning and information structuring.

*You are curious, driven, proactive, self-organized and an analytical problem solver with a desire to improve and comfortable solving complex tasks.

*You are social and communicative both in written and in oral Swedish/English and willing to cooperate with different counterparties.

It would be beneficial if you have/are:

*Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and similar solutions

*Full Stack & experience with product and loan systems is seen as a big advantage

*Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and similar solutions.

*Experience with working with Lending system

*Experience of working agile

*Confident in leading interpretations of upcoming regulations and market standards.

*Experience in design and architecture as well as leading more complex initiatives is a big plus

*Experience from business analysis, functional & non-functional requirements and testing.

*Knowledge on lending processes and background preferably from the local branches or lending support
