Chapters Intern (Fall 2026)

Position Title Intern Location Remote. Must be a college student/graduate residing in the U.S. Program Overview Active Minds is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the culture around mental health. The internship is part of the Fall 2026 program, which runs from September 14, 2026 to December 4, 2026. Responsibilities Support the Chapters Network by managing communications with student leaders across the U.S. and Canada. Create educational content and resources for student leaders. Maintain data and calendar information in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Assist with virtual meeting and event planning/execution. Collaborate with broader Programs departments, including Research and Development, K-12 Initiatives, Marketing and Communications, and community initiatives. Perform special projects as assigned. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, primarily between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Qualifications Interest in mental health and uplifting young adult voices. Strong written and communication skills. Detail-oriented and well organized. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Student leadership or mentorship experience. Flexible team player, motivated collaborator. Openness and willingness to learn new tasks for special projects. Knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus. Eligibility Requirements Must be currently enrolled in, or have previously attended, a U.S.-based college or university. Must be able to complete a work authorization (I-9) during onboarding. Must be able to complete the entirety of the internship program during the listed dates. Compensation Pay $18 per hour. Minimum 20 hours per week, remote, with a synchronized schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
