ENT LPN/RN

Position Summary The LPN/RN will work closely with the physician to support daily clinical operations, ensure high‑quality patient care, and maintain efficient patient flow. This role involves assisting in exam rooms, documenting clinical notes, processing prescriptions, and supporting in‑office procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and highly comfortable using computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Key Responsibilities Assist the physician during patient visits, including rooming patients and supporting clinical workflows. Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, and physician notes in the EMR. Call in prescriptions and manage medication refill requests per physician direction. Prepare exam rooms and assist with in‑office procedures and minor interventions. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff. Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, injections, wound care, and specimen collection (as permitted by licensure). Support overall clinic efficiency by anticipating provider and patient needs. Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards at all times. Supervise medical assistants, manage work schedules for medical assistants, order supplies for two office locations, and maintain inventory. Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in the state of practice (required). 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; specialty experience a plus. Proficiency with computers and EMR systems (required). Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
