What You'll Do

• Provides first tier information about benefits, staffing, compensation, training, career development, performance evaluations, employee self service systems, guest teachers, employee/labor relations, employee events, etc.; handles a high volume of calls and email inquiries, escalating as needed and forwarding to appropriate resources within the department.
• Assists employees with questions and various human resources (hr) form and application processing, such as benefit plan enrollment/change documents.
• Troubleshoots and resolves system issues for the online application system, employee self service portal, and hr website.
• Maintains logs and complete reporting requirements in an accurate timely manner.
• Supports hr communication and change initiatives that go out to all employees from human resources (i.e. open enrollment, incentive payments, staff reductions, etc.).
• Maintains current on all aspects of hr policy, benefits, information or events, including eligibility, policy, procedures, benefits, vendor contact information, costs, etc.
• Provides support for records management, i9 compliance tracking and related human resources duties, as assigned

What You'll Need

• Minimum of high school diploma/ged. bachelor's degree preferred.

• Live and work with a permanent home address in colorado while working with us.
