Job Details

• Position Description:
  Subcontractor Note: FMS Start Date: 11/15. Orientation Schedule: Monday, first day, 12 hours. Non-Billable Orientation: 6 hours. Contract Length: 12 weeks. Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12-hour Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week. Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend; with the option to be removed from weekends to help during week coverage if needed. Holiday Requirements: as needed. Floating Requirements: Edward Nicu or Elmhurst Special Care Nursery.
  On-Call Requirements: Not applicable.
  Experience Requirements: Tertiary Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  Credentials Needed for Submission: Current resume, two references from a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) supervisor within the last year, proof of one travel contract successfully completed, skills checklist within the last year, verification of Illinois license.
  Start Date: 11/15/2026. End Date: 02/07/2027.

• Required Qualifications:
  Illinois Licensure, BLS, PALS, and at least 1 year of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

• Additional Information:
  Candidates must submit the required credentials by Thursday before the start date.
