Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial land construction projects from planning through final delivery in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and aligning project resources to meet scope, quality, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with designers, field teams, vendors, and clients; tracking project milestones; resolving issues and constraints; and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Project Manager will also monitor procurement and expediting activities, oversee inspections and quality checks, and provide clear reports and updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess skills to manage material procurement, delivery timelines, and vendor follow-up. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site reviews, verify quality, and ensure compliance with specifications and codes. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate equipment, materials, and crews across multiple project sites. Experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or site development is highly beneficial. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with field teams, clients, and subcontractors. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS-Project, Etc) and basic office tools; familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Gantt charts) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
