Manufacturing Technician 1st Shift

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our 1st shift team. If you are thorough, diligent, and a dependable self-starter this is the role for you.

What to Expect:

• This is a 1st Shift Position: Monday - Thursday 3:45am - 2:15pm in Stevens Point, WI.
• Set-up machinery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Gather/re-stock materials and components for production runs.
• Generate accurate documentation detailing all essential elements of the production run.
• Operate, disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble all equipment required for all applicable products run on the equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities as dictated by equipment and SOP requirements.

Qualified Candidates will:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Understand and accurately record data and follow a set of instructions.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• $20.00/HOUR starting and increase $22/HOUR after 90 days for meeting all training requirements
