Restoration Technician

Benefits: Competitive salary Dental insurance Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Restoration Tech $23-$28 per hour What you’ll actually do Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold Survey damage within the property Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property Demolition of damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools Perform initial site visits Conduct moisture inspections Set restoration equipment within guidelines Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS) Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered You’re expected to Show up on time and ready to work Produce clean, straight, professional finishes Protect customer property Communicate job progress clearly Keep your truck stocked and organized Rotate on-call when scheduled What We’re Looking For 3+ years restoration experience preferred Ability to work independently Valid driver’s license with clean record Able to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to participate in rotating on call schedule Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation Strong work ethic What We Offer Steady, full-time work Paid training Health, dental, vision insurance Performance bonuses Opportunity to grow into leadership Solid team environment We work in homes that have been through fire or flood.
