Senior Restaurant Host - Guest Experience & Seating Leader

Eataly in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Host who will greet guests, seat them, and manage the flow of the dining room during service. You will maintain an accurate waitlist, escort guests to tables, introduce servers, and support servers and bus staff to ensure a smooth operation from open to close. You will train new host hires, handle OpenTable reservations, relay VIP details to management, and coordinate with events to maximize walk-ins while protecting reservation space. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eataly
