The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospital Medicine opportunity.

• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

\n

Delano Regional Medical Center – Delano, California

\n

\n
• 100-bed facility with 6-8 ICU beds.
\n
• Annual volume of 500.
\n
• Cerner EMR.
\n
• Open ICU with 15 encounters per day per hospitalist and 3 encounters per night per nocturnist.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
