Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Summary:Build your skills in a hands-on Maintenance Technician role supporting essential production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting facility systems

Pay: Up to $27.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm (Must be able to train on 1st shift for first 3-4 months)

$2,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including boilers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and water systems

Assist with equipment setup, teardown, and troubleshooting to support production needs

Complete calibrations and maintain accurate maintenance records for all work performed

Interpret basic electrical diagrams and apply mechanical, plumbing, and welding knowledge

Support facility improvement projects as directed by the maintenance and engineering team

Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately

Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred

Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP - standards ensuring product quality and safety)

Basic knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS - documents outlining chemical safety information)

Ability to read diagrams and follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and move heavier materials with assistance
