Key HVAC is a well established, family-owned HVAC service company known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re growing and looking for a motivated, experienced Residential HVAC Installer (Lead) to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
Follow design specifications and manufacturer instructions
Test systems for proper function, efficiency, and safety
Ensure compliance with safety standards and refrigerant handling regulations
Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, labor, customer communication)
Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain systems in simple terms
Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
NH Gas License preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and lead a job site
Physically able to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders
Valid driver’s license (recommended to include if required)
