Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Title Customer Service Representative/CSR Branch Location Arcadia, FL Classification Part-Time Shift Days & Time Varies Summary The Customer Service Rep/CSR will work as a team consistent with the company's philosophy & policy. Office commences at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. - Part-time. Expectations for the position are but not limited to arriving on time, consistent attendance, a positive attitude, and following company policies & procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Answer phones in a pleasant voice tone and professional manner. Talent recruitment. Hiring & Termination of assignments. Marketing, Pump Calls, Cold Calling, Follow-ups Fulfill client inquiries accordingly. Community involvement. Training and Screening temps. Assist with temp employee placement of open orders. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information. Responding promptly to temp employees, applicants, and client inquiries. Knowledge of Avionte/BOLD software recruitment program, preferred. Requirements Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to Branch Manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Must have knowledge of using desktop computer. Enter notes statuses, document information, follow-ups, data-entry, email, etc. Go the extra mile. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Greet customers and applicants warmly and respectfully. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attentiveness and patience. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements. Ability to read, speak and write English and Spanish fluently. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using the computer and telephone. The employee will regularly require operating a computer and other office equipment, including copier and printer.
