Help Build the Workforce That Powers TKDA's Future Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, professional, leadership, and early-career positions. Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and industry connections. Build and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate and future workforce needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define talent profiles, and develop recruiting strategies. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen TKDA's employer brand by promoting our culture, employee ownership model, career opportunities, employee stories, and project work through social media, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction initiatives. Support campus recruiting activities, internship programs, career fairs, and university partnerships. Maintain recruiting activity within ATS and HRIS systems while contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Five or more years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts. Strong sourcing skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and referral strategies to identify high-quality candidates. Demonstrated success building and nurturing talent pipelines and professional networks. Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Creativity and strategic thinking in developing talent attraction and employer branding. Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate engagement skills. Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruiting technologies. Experience recruiting architecture, engineering, environmental, construction, or other technical professionals. Experience developing employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee advocacy initiatives. Experience supporting regional or national recruiting efforts.
