SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant

job summary:
We are seeking a senior-level SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to join our team on-site in Omaha, NE. In this client-facing role, you will be key to driving stability, functional enhancements, and incident resolution for an enterprise Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement. You will partner directly with client HR leadership and IT stakeholders to optimize US Payroll, Time Management, and core SuccessFactors modules.

responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end functional AMS support including incident analysis, root-cause resolution, and minor system enhancements.
• Oversee and configure critical HR processes across SAP HCM US Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors (RCM, PMGM, OM/PA).
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and IT technical teams to ensure continuous service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Lead system testing, functional validation, and technical documentation updates for ongoing maintenance releases.

qualifications:
15+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP HCM US Payroll and Time Management.

15+ years of functional configuration and support experience across SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, OM/PA).

Active professional certifications in SAP S4 HR and SAP SuccessFactors.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate degree.

Ability to work 100% on-site at the client office in Omaha, NE (5 days per week).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record in enterprise AMS environments with strict SLA targets.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with deep client-facing experience.
