We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Andreas, CA . This position offers the opportunity to support patients in regaining mobility, improving physical function, and enhancing overall quality of life.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized rehabilitation services and support successful recovery outcomes.

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification preferred
SNF experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
