Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.18 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and activity across the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Support crowd and traffic flow during busy periods, special events, and/or high‑volume visitor activity while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
