A-Z Logistics LLC is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for patients traveling to and from medical appointments. Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused drivers to join our Denver team. As an NEMT Driver, you will transport ambulatory and wheelchair-bound passengers to medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to safely assist passengers with varying mobility needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments in company vehicles.
- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair securement when necessary.
- Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices using proper procedures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate trip documentation using company technology.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or route changes.
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining passenger confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver mobility equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Experience in healthcare transportation, caregiving, EMT, paratransit, or customer service is preferred but not required—we provide full training.
