Delivering Solutions That Matter Support the recruitment process for assigned positions, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate outreach, and coordinating interviews. Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process, provide timely updates, and help ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist hiring managers with interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and maintaining progress on open positions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity. Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to help attract qualified candidates and promote employment opportunities. Qualifications For Success High School Diploma or Equivalent Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Demonstrates a strong desire to grow professionally in the field of recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and expand knowledge of recruiting practices, employment laws, and industry standards.
