This role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining delivery discipline, and supporting realization of targeted financial and operational outcomes. The Senior Managing Consultant is a **delivery leader—not an administrative project manager—** who applies structured project management and domain expertise to translate strategy into action.ResponsibilitiesLead day‑to‑day execution of healthcare consulting engagements or complex workstreamsTranslate strategic recommendations into executable initiatives with defined owners, milestones, and impact metricsDevelop and manage integrated workplans, including dependencies and critical path trackingSupport client alignment, issue resolution, and decision‑making with VP‑ and Director‑level leadersImplement and maintain project governance, cadence, and escalation mechanismsTrack benefits realization tied to EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, or quality outcomesIdentify execution risks and support mitigation planningDrive execution readiness and maintain delivery momentum across teamsLead and coordinate PMO and project support resourcesContribute as a subject matter expert in margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and quality improvement / care transformationQualifications7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or transformation rolesDemonstrated success leading complex workstreams with measurable outcomesStrong execution and project management capabilitiesSolid financial acumen related to margin, cost, revenue, or quality improvementExperience working in complex healthcare environmentsStrong communication skills and professional executive presenceSalary Range: $125,000 - $200,000Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.About BRGBRG combines world-leading academic credentials with world-tested business expertise and purpose-built emerging technologies.
