Pay We offer our Clinic Manager a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$92,000 . Responsibilities We will optimize schedules and align templates to enhance provider productivity and clinic efficiency. We will collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues. We will also monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
