- Implement care plans, document care events, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to infection control practices, and comply with safety policies and regulations.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties and document care accurately.
- Availability for an evening shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM).
