Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per protocol, and respond to changes in condition.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure safe delivery outcomes.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license in California.
- Labor and Delivery nursing knowledge or demonstrated ability to provide obstetric care.
- Ability to work nights with 12-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills; capable of coordinating care across disciplines.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to established standards of care.
