What You’ll Do: RBTs assist in delivering behavior‑analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who is responsible for all work an RBT performs. Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback. What You’ll Need: Be at least 18 years of age. Have completed high school‑level education or equivalent.
