You'll be part of a team that values precision, problem-solving, and personal development. What You'll Do Machine large industrial parts on manual machining equipment. Read and follow Work Order Routers and manager instructions. Perform machining tasks accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines. Prepare and present job documentation, including inspection reports and turnover notes. Learn and operate Prime Machine's mills and lathes and develop skills in Mastercam and CNC processes. Understand and apply GD&T principles and inspection standards. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives. Maintain high standards of quality and safety. Requirements What We're Looking For Experience: Skilled in manual machining; CNC and Mastercam experience are strong pluses. Knowledge: Proficient in reading blueprints, machining symbols, and geometric tolerances. Communication: Strong interpersonal, listening, and documentation skills. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical systems and familiarity with computer-based tools. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
