The Softwash Assistant supports exterior cleaning services by preparing surfaces, applying cleaning solutions, and handling equipment with care. Working mostly independently within a small team, this role primarily services residential homes and commercial buildings with a focus on safety and quality. The assistant follows direct supervision with periodic check-ins and travels locally between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for cleaning and treatment
- Apply cleaning solutions and stain treatments effectively
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment safely
- Mix chemicals accurately according to guidelines
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
- Perform site cleanup after job completion
- Apply wood treatments as needed
- Address staining concerns on exterior surfaces
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in exterior cleaning
