Senior Human Resources Generalist

What You’ll Do Help employees navigate important situations You’ll manage the day-to-day administration of our FMLA program, including reviewing eligibility, preparing notices, tracking certifications, managing recertifications, coordinating returns to work, and maintaining required documentation. You’ll also support employees and managers through ADA accommodations, PWFA requests, workers’ compensation claims, medical restrictions, and return-to-work planning.
