Job Description What You Will Do Oversee front‑desk operations and serve as the go‑to problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth and charm. Support and train new front‑desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support and maintaining lobby readiness. What We Are Looking For Customer service experience and strong people skills. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High‑school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy – confident use of hotel systems. Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
