Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Tulsa Facility

Perfect Fit Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Tulsa facility team.

Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily care needs while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning

• Assisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Observing residents and communicating changes in condition to the appropriate team members

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all residents

• Following care plans and working collaboratively with other members of the care team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Medication Aide certification is preferred but not required

• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude

• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively

• Strong attention to resident needs and changes in condition

• Compassion and patience when caring for multiple residents
