Plant & Operations Maintenance ManagerAramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager position at BronxCare, located in the Bronx, NY. The Plant & Operations Maintenance Manager manages hourly union associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsRequires at least 3-5 years of experience in plant operations & maintenance (POM) management or supervisory roleRequires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing hourly associatesRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFacilities Management Certification such as Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM or CHFM) or willing to become certified within 90 days of employmentRequires working knowledge of facility related equipment such as boilers, chillers, generators and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC/R) systemsMust have existing membership or willing to become a member of ASHE - American Society of Healthcare EngineersProficient in the use and functionality of a CMMSStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance as related to this roleAbout Aramark Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
