Preconstruction Estimator
Suffolk
Suffolk is seeking an Estimator to coordinate project budgeting, take-offs and subcontractor pricing for preconstruction, hard bids and value engineering. You will stay current with market pricing, manage bid packages and provide input on construction feasibility. The role involves collaborating with trade partners, maintaining bid records and supporting Senior/Chief Estimators.
