The College of the Holy Cross is seeking professional, dependable drivers to join our transportation team. In this role, you will operate 7- and 12-passenger vans, ensuring students reach their destinations safely and efficiently. No special licensing required.Job Summary:Responsible for driving a College passenger van (7 and 12 passenger vehicles) to transport students safely to and from various locations. On call | Per Diem position.Major Responsibilities:Inspect vehicle before and after tripsDrive safely in all weather conditionsFollow traffic laws and all regulationsCommunicate effectively with students, staff, and managementTeamworkRequirements:Valid driver's license with 5 years consecutive experienceComfortable with computer systems/google and adaptable to new softwareComplete a road assessment with our onsite trainerAbility to work independentlyGood driving record and ability to pass a drug testComfortable driving (Occasional) long distances (Boston/Providence) Most trips are local in Central MassachusettsFluent EnglishDependability and Time ManagementShift:Flexible shifts are available 7 days a week across morning, afternoon, and evening hours. Candidates with availability between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM M-F are highly preferred.This is an On-Call, Non-Exempt position.
